WDW with Multiple tenants

If you access the WDW using a URL like this:

http://<host>:8008/sap/hana/ide

without tenants.  How do you access the WDW when there are multiple tenants?  Suppose you had something like:

Instance Number: 08

Tenant name: D03

Tenant number: 03

User: User1
