XSJS and need for logging

Hello,

we do some kind of data transfomation and import/export via XSJS and somehow need to log this. Since the scripts take some time and do a bit of a work, the idea of putting it all into a HANA table looks not so promising to me (talking about 200 x 250kb log-chunks pure text each run - add this to the point in time logging of hana and I see our production system filling up quite fast...);

Is there any better way to give an XSJS the ability to log?
