Work Clarification About SAP HANA Database

Hi Guru's,

I am Oracle[pl/sql] developer with 3 yrs exp, recently i got a offer from some MNC to work with SAP HANA and Server-side JS and i ageered on that,

i surf on the internet & got some basic materials[About Syntax] and i am going through on it.

My Question is :

1.In SAP HANA database work will be similar to Oracle[pl/sql] or else what kind of work, will be doing with this technology.

2.Along with the SAP HANA Database what are the thing i can learn additional[like SAP ERP some functional module or some thing else ? ].

3.Additional what i need to understand in depth about the SAP HANA kindly suggestion on this.
