SAP Webservice Documentation

Hello All,

I've got two questions:

Q1:

Can you tell me where I can download the SAP Webservice documentation?

e.g. Contact, Account, Activity with these action (Create, Update, Delete) ?

Q2:

I use SOA Management and I don't know the exact name of each record type. e.g. name to search for Account, Contact...etc.
