Level Hierarchy and Analytic Privilege

Dear All,

While creating a product level hierarchy in HANA SPS 07 we have found that if we have Analytic Privilege selected under "Apply Privileges" then it generates only root level and set IS_LEAF column to 1 (as shown below and IS_LEAF setting tells that if it is root node or not):

Whereas If we leave that setting blank (i.e. no Analytic or SQL privilege) then it generates the whole hierarchy table and set IS_LEAF column to 0 for root node only.

At this moment, we don't use analytic privileges to implement data level security and also all the developers has got _SYS_BI_CP_ALL privilege. I wanted to understand why did we need to leave that setting blank to get it working. Your suggestions will be highly regarded.
