Delivery Unit/Packages runtime discovery

Hi all,

Stuck at something.Need some help.This is what the architecture looks for what I am trying to POC.

Here the framework at runtime needs to know which delivery units are contributed. How can  I discover delivery unit or packages at run-time?If it is not possible then each project has .xsapp file which has a property 'exposed'. How can i find all the exposed projects in a product, at runtime?
